While the Moscow Police Department’s investigation into the murder of four University of Idaho students seemed to be at a standstill, Private Investigator Manuel Gomez remained proactive in his analysis of the information available early on into the case.
His observations are featured on COURT TV:
As the mysterious murder case of four University of Idaho students appeared to stall early on, the families of the victims quickly lost faith in the Moscow Police Department. The team’s inexperience in dealing with murder investigations prompted a lull in the investigation. To say the least, this upset the victims’ families, who were forced to pursue their own methods. Father of Kaylee Goncalves went as far as to enlist the support of a private investigator — a move which Manuel Gomez fully supported. In an appearance on COURT TV, seasoned Private Investigator Gomez shared his own professional opinion on the situation, including valuable insight into how he presumed the murders to be carried out. At a time when officers were unwilling to release any updates on the status of the situation, Gomez made a professional evaluation which encouraged the idea that the Idaho University student murders were carried out by a single perpetrator.
